Located in the beautiful city of Sanmen in Zhejiang Province by East China Sea, 180km to Ningbo Beilun Port and1.5 hours to Ningbo Airport, our company has been dedicated in the research and development of new material and by now we have owned advanced technology in material chemical engineering and teamwork specialized in plastic processing engineering of all kinds.
Through many years'research and experiments, we've successfully manufactured a new macromolecule material based on PVC profile with various PVC and wood powder mixture on the surface using co-extrusion process. After mechanical and manual sanding process, the final products have the strength of PVC and the natural wood texture (please see the detail picture). The superior anti-UV capacity, which has been tested in lab and natural weather, gives our fence a life-time color consistency.
Both Chinese and American Patent Office have accepted our application about this state-of-art technology, which in a way means that our products have gained positive acknowledgement both domestic and aboard. With our environmental-friendly products, not only will we save enormous natural resources but also we can have natural look around our houses!
